Vendor Onboarding Requirements

To join TreatRight Kenya as a Vendor Partner, please have the following information and supporting documents ready before you submit your application.

1. Business details

  • Business name
  • Physical location and branch address(es)
  • Contact person
  • Telephone number
  • Email address

2. Proof of a legitimate business

Please provide at least one of the following:

  • Business Registration Certificate (eCitizen / Registrar of Companies)
  • Current County Single Business Permit
  • Valid Food, Restaurant or Hospitality Licence (where applicable)

3. Tax information

  • KRA PIN Certificate

4. Identification

  • Valid National ID or Passport of the proprietor, director, or authorised representative.

5. Settlement details

  • Business bank account details, or
  • An M-Pesa-linked mobile number for settlement of completed orders.

6. Menu information

To help customers make informed choices, please provide:

  • A link to your current menu, including prices (website, PDF, Google Drive, or social media page).
  • Links to at least two (2) short, high-quality videos showcasing your food, drinks, or dining experience. Videos should be clear, well-lit, and accurately represent your menu items.

Why videos? People are more likely to order food they can see. TreatRight uses short menu videos to help customers confidently choose meals and restaurants, creating a more engaging experience and increasing sales opportunities for our Vendor Partners. 7. Location verification

  • Google Maps location or GPS pin.
  • Trading hours.
  • Delivery options (if offered).

8. Agreement

Acceptance of the TreatRight Vendor Terms & Conditions when you submit your application.

Verification before activation

Before your establishment is activated on TreatRight, we conduct a brief verification process to confirm the identity of the business owner or authorised representative, the legitimacy of the business, the physical trading location, settlement account details, menu accuracy and pricing, and operational readiness to receive TreatRight orders.

Once verification is complete, your establishment will be activated as a TreatRight Vendor Partner, allowing customers to discover your business and send memorable meal Treats to family, friends and colleagues.
